Technical skills are of the highest importance to a Webmaster. These skills include, as a matter of course, experience in programming languages such as C++, Java, PHP and MyQSL. Knowledge of the Unix exploiting system is equally important, as is familiarity with Internet applications such as HTML, http, XML, PHP, W3C.
